Our client came to us because their stairs were beginning to rot and were becoming unsafe. We replaced old stairs with outdoor grade lumber and copper capped posts. Bottom platform 4' & top platform 8'.
Family wanted to expand their 3’ x 10’ back patio so we created a 32’ x 16’ patio with composite decking and solar powered post caps so the family can enjoy their space at any time of day.
Our clients approached us with a porch that was unsafe for the sale of the home. We rebuilt with safety and longevity in mind with outdoor grade lumber. This 40’ x 36’ deck is now enjoyed by a new family who purchased the home.
Client experienced leaky windows in the winter and asked for a full replacement of their windows. We put in window flashing for leak proof and put in complete new framing and windows to seal their house from the cold and windy winters they experience.
The stairs prior to these were deemed unsafe and needed to be utilized everyday by our clients family. We leveled out each stair. Stone masonry and cement foundation capped with wood decking for safe and functional stairs.
Our Client was experiencing leaks within their home, on this project we took out old rotting shingling, put aluminium flashing with new Cedar shingles and a fresh coat of paint to match the house.
This outdoor shower was designed and built new to match the existing siding of the house. Water resistant and made out of composite material for easy cleaning and maintenance.
