Living Spaces

Here at G.Stewart Construction we craft high quality and built for function while keeping aesthetics in mind for every job.

Our clients wanted to change this awkward office space into a functional dining room. We transformed this space by taking out the carpet to expose the beautiful hardwood floors, picture framing the walls, with a fresh coat of paint and adding a new lighting fixture.

While on the market, our clients wanted to spruce up the second entrance to their house which had previously been used as wood storage. While keeping the wood storage we turned this space into a functional mudroom to be utilized by the lucky new buyers.

Client wanted to utilize an extra room and to turn it into their new family room. We took down the old plaster and put in complete new drywall. Followed by a fresh paint job, custom trim work and a wood mantle.

Client wanted to convert an old barn into a kids play house for their grandchildren. We added in the loft with a finishing design element to have shiplap underneath to create a cohesive room with the matching ceiling.

While getting a house ready for to be put on the market, we updated the downstairs space that was damaged due to mold. We replaced the walls, floors and added a new wall with closets to make two additional bedrooms.

Here are a few examples from some our flooring projects. Both of these projects were complete new flooring we installed.
